Q: I want to be a model, when can I come and do a shoot?

A: At this time the studio is available primarily Thursday, Friday and early Saturday, until 2pm. by appointment only.
We ask that you contact us as early as possible to set up an appointment and then contact us on
Wednesday, the week of the shoot to confirm the scheduled shoot.

Q: How much will I get paid for the shoot? Commissions?

A: The initial test shoot is not paid, as it is just that, a TEST SHOOT. The test shoot is TFP (time for prints).
**Compensation for travel expenses may be provided at the company's discretion.**

Nocturnal Pleasures offer a variety of compensation plans for those models who decided to continue working with us to develop their modeling. For those models who are able and willing to continue shooting on a consistent basis, (i.e. once a month as time permits) we offer a lucrative profit sharing plan of all merchandise sold of your images. We will even work further with those who want to make their own website within the Nocturnal Pleasures site.

For those models who are not interested in such ventures or are only able to do shoots on a semi or irregular basis, compensation will vary, including TFP (time for prints) and paid shoots generally ranging from $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) to $50.00 ( fifty dollars) per shoot.

**The actual amount is determined solely by the photographer, at the time of the shoot.**

Q: What do I need to bring to the shoot?

A: First and most important is your ID or proof of age. A contact is required to be signed before any photos are done.
Second is a minimum of 3 outfits/motifs are required. We ask that you bring any and all outfits and accessories you would like to have your picture taken in for the test shoot. This allows us a better idea of what potential is available for future shoots. We then choose which outfits and themes we would like to develop with you as a model and discuss other arrangements of compensation based on the initial shoot.

** This amount is not to exceed 50.00 (fifty dollars) per shoot and may, at the companies discretion negate some or all other compensation of a particular shoot if the photographer believes that the images produced by the shoot does not warranty additional compensation.**

Q: Do I own my pictures once their done? Can I get copies for personal use?

A: Ownership of all images produced, remains the sole property of Nocturnal Pleasures Studios, the copyright of said images is retained by the photographer and/or Nocturnal Pleasures.

**However the photographer and/or Nocturnal Pleasures will allow the release of a certain amount of images to each model at its discretion. (TFP)**

Q: Nervous about Modeling? I see a lot of nudity/semi nudity on the site, I don't want to take my clothes off!

A: Nudity is NEVER REQUIRED! All of the outfits have been chosen and generally provided by the models themselves, showing their own personal character and fashion. Models that have made the decision to pose nude or semi nude, have done so because they are comfortable in presenting themselves that way. It is always at each individual's sole discretion, the manner in which they choose to express themselves in the photo shoot.

**Please understand that we insist that all models are comfortable and relaxed at all times.
If the model is not comfortable or insecure it will generally show up in the photographs.**

Q: Can I bring a friend; I don't feel comfortable going by myself.

A: Yes. We do not mind if you bring a friend/ boyfriend/ girlfriend/ husband or general companion as an outside observer as long as they do not disrupt the creative process of the photo shoot. We also allow couples to be photographed together, if they wish to do so.

Q: What if I just want my picture taken?
Just some nice prints of myself or a personal portfolio done or
Glam Shots and/or Pictures of me and my partner?

A: Models who wish to have their pictures taken for "Personal use and purchase prints", said prints will not be used by the photographer and/or Nocturnal Pleasures for any publication.
However, the photographer and/or Nocturnal Pleasures may request to retain the right and to enter into an agreement with the model to use some images for advertising and promotional purposes, with financial comspensation.

Fees for projects such as a "Glamour Shots" or Portfolios a will vary depending on the extent of the project and other factors. In general most projects are moderately priced from $25 (twenty-five dollars) up to $150.00 (one hundred and fifty dollars) depending on amount of time needed to complete the project, amount of images desired and other determining factors. Q: I am under 18, but still want to be a Model?

A: At this time we do not feature Models that are under 18.

Q: Ok. I understand, now what do I have to do? How do I contact you?

A: Please email us at contact_us@nocturnal-pleasures.com with the date you would like to be photographed, along with your contact information and any questions you have. We will contact you to confirm appointment and answers any concerns you have.

**Please remember to bring as many/much of your personal outfits and accessories, including makeup and other needs with you to maximize the test shoot to it's fullest potential. Also, please bring personal identification for legal documentation. (age verification).**
